All shipping fees are excluded from refunds.All items must be unused and in their original packaging with the relevant plastic protection. If the plastic protection piece has been removed from the Transparent case and stuck back on, we will not be able to honour the refund.We do not provide free return shipping labels. Customers are liable for return shipping back to us.
