Shipping Policy

The estimated delivery timeline displayed at checkout is calculated in business/working days only and excludes Sundays and public holidays.Please note that additional days may apply if your delivery falls on or around non-working days or public holidays, regardless of whether you choose standard or rush delivery.

We offer two shipping options: prepaid and COD (Cash on Delivery). For prepaid shipping, the minimum order value is Rs. 499. Orders below this value will incur a shipping charge of Rs. 49. For COD shipping, there is a delivery charge which will be mentioned at the checkout page.

Our courier partner will make three delivery attempts. If the product cannot be delivered, a refund will be credited to your ThinAse wallet. You can redeem this refund on your next order with us.*If by any chance if the courier person fails to attempt delivery within 10 working days due to operational issue from courier company side, we will either issue a full refund of the product OR will reship the new item (Same Product) from our warehouse again as per the customers requirement.

Please note that advance payments for COD orders or any partial payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances.
